Stop renting customers from ad platforms.
If every sale depends on the next ad, ad costs set your margin. We build the engine around your store: traffic you own, a site that converts, customers who come back, and operations that keep up.
Revenue is up. Profit isn't.
Most growing stores hit the same wall: they scale ad spend, top-line sales climb, and margin quietly disappears. The fix isn't a better ad. It's better math on every customer.
- Rising CACEach new customer costs more to win than the last.
- One-and-done buyersNo post-purchase flow, so first orders never become second orders.
- Leaky storeSlow pages, weak product pages and a long checkout lose buyers who already wanted to buy.
- Spreadsheet opsInventory, orders and books live in different tools, so you oversell, overstock or guess.
Four parts that compound.
- StoreFast pages, product pages that sell, reviews, bundles, a short checkout and analytics you can trust.Metric: conversion rate, AOV
- TrafficMeta and Google Shopping for reach, SEO for collection and product pages, creators and UGC for proof.Metric: CAC, ROAS
- RetentionWelcome, abandoned-cart and post-purchase flows, email and SMS, loyalty, subscriptions and win-backs.Metric: repeat rate, LTV
- OperationsInventory, orders, fulfillment and accounting connected, so marketing never sells what you can't ship.Metric: margin per order
Win on lifetime value, not the first order.
A brand that earns a second and third order can outbid competitors for the first one. We build to one scoreboard: lifetime value against acquisition cost, tracked by channel and by product.
It's our Tripod Method™ applied to a store: know your best customers, connect the systems that serve them, and test every week.
| Metric | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Conversion rate | Is the store doing its job? |
| AOV | Are bundles and upsells working? |
| CAC | What does a new customer cost? |
| Repeat rate | Do customers come back? |
| LTV : CAC | Can you afford to grow? |

Questions
Which e-commerce platforms do you work with?
Shopify, WooCommerce and Odoo eCommerce. If you also need inventory, accounting and fulfillment in one place, we often recommend Odoo, because the store, stock and books share one database.
Do you manage ad spend?
Yes. We run Meta, Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns. Ad spend is billed by the platforms directly to you; our fee covers strategy, creative direction and management.
What size brands do you work with?
Mostly independent brands doing roughly $100K to $5M a year online, including makers, food and beverage brands and retailers adding an online channel.
Why focus on retention?
Because acquisition keeps getting more expensive. A brand whose customers come back can afford to pay more to win the first order, which is how it outgrows competitors that live order to order.
Where is your store losing money?
Book an intro call. Then we'll walk your funnel from ad to second order and point to the biggest fix.
