Who we are

Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, organization, and any details you include when you contact us or engage our services. We also collect basic technical information such as pages visited on this site.
Google user data
Latimer Enterprise LLC operates internal software that accesses the Google account of the business owner only. This software uses the Gmail API under the gmail.modify scope to read incoming messages in the owner's own mailbox, apply organizational labels, and record sender contact details in our internal customer relationship management system.
This access is limited to the business owner's own account. We do not access, request, or receive Google account data belonging to any other person. Message content is processed to produce a short summary of who the sender is and what they are asking about; that summary and the sender's name and email address are stored in our internal CRM. Full message bodies are not stored.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve this internal functionality, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except where required for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, maintain our business records, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, and only to the extent required for them to perform that work, or where we are required to do so by law.
Data retention and deletion
We retain contact records for as long as they remain relevant to an active or prospective business relationship. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by writing to terence.latimer@gmail.com. We will respond within thirty days.
Security
Credentials for connected services are stored in encrypted secret management infrastructure and are not embedded in application code. Access is limited to the business owner.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date shown at the top of this page.
